Our Commitment
DataFi Payments, Inc. is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and respect — for our merchants, partners, employees, and the communities we serve.
1. Integrity & Honesty
We are transparent in all our dealings. We provide accurate, honest information about our rates, fees, and services. We do not engage in deceptive sales practices, hidden fees, or misleading representations of any kind.
2. Fair Treatment of Merchants
Every merchant deserves straightforward pricing and reliable service. We commit to clearly disclosing all fees upfront, offering competitive rates, and providing dedicated support throughout the life of the merchant relationship.
3. Data Privacy & Security
We treat merchant and cardholder data with the utmost care. DataFi Payments maintains PCI DSS compliance and employs bank-level security protocols to protect sensitive financial information. We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Compliance with Laws & Regulations
We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing payment processing, financial services, and consumer protection — including the Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering regulations, and card network rules from Visa, Mastercard, and other networks.
5. Respect & Inclusion
DataFi Payments maintains a workplace and business environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. We respect the dignity of every individual regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
6. Partner & Vendor Relationships
We expect the same standards of integrity from our partners and vendors. We select business partners based on merit and ethical practices, and we do not engage in bribery, kickbacks, or improper inducements.
7. Conflicts of Interest
We avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with the interests of our merchants or partners. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed and addressed appropriately.
8. Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who observes a potential violation of this Code of Conduct to report it promptly. Reports can be made confidentially to info@datafipayments.com. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a good-faith concern.
